UCLA Sex Squad, 2011-2012

The UCLA Sex Squad is a performance troupe composed of UCLA undergrads from a diverse array of academic backgrounds. Led by Director Bobby Gordon, the Sex Squad creates an original 45-minute performance each year, featuring poetry, sketch comedy, monologues, and dance. This hip, hilarious, and informative show then embarks on a tour to LAUSD high schools.

The Sex Squad project is an award-winning arts-based sexual health intervention that provides students with an incredible opportunity to put theory into practice. We have a solid team of 8 returning members, but we want to expand to 12 students. We are especially interested in recruiting students of color and LGBT students.
